For several years after the introduction of toric contact lenses were able to seamlessly correct farsightedness or nearsightedness. Regular contact lenses could not be addressed and that why toric contact lenses aroused out of a need. But correcting there eye problem (astigmatism) still need to be worn glasses. Toric contact lenses offer an alternative option to them.
